Like you, we’re raring to get out there and experience the joy of travel once again and the people we work with in our destinations are eager to welcome you back.

But getting away can still seem uncertain and tricky, so we’re here to help. Our holidays have flexible dates and we’ll give you a full refund if you change your mind. We’ll also be on hand to make your trip as easy as possible, whether it be advice on the best places to go, COVID regulations or planning your itinerary.

With the support of our experts you can book with confidence and with most countries finally opening up, it’s time to start planning your next adventure!

After all the changes of regulations over the last year and a half as well as problems getting refunds, we know you might be hesitant to put down large sums of money far in advance of actually going away.

That’s why we promise a no-questions-asked full refund up to a month before travel, for any holidays starting in 2022.

The only exception is non-refundable items, normally just flights (if they are not cancelled). We will inform you about any non-refundable items before booking. If you have to cancel within one month before travel, we will do our utmost to recover as much money as possible.

We also offer complete flexibility on destination and date changes, so you can postpone your trip or change to another country up to a month before travel - with no fees.

You will only pay the difference in cost for the hotels and experiences etc. And we will always give you our personalised service, with help and advice to take care of you if you do need to postpone or cancel.

We ask that you are fully vaccinated in line with UK regulations when you travel. As well as being mandatory to get into most countries, it is vital to protect local people who may have lower vaccination coverage.

It’s also important that you respect and follow any local guidelines or regulations on COVID. These may be quite different from at home, but we can give you the most up to date info.

All our local partners have put in place extra measures to ensure your physical and emotional safety when you’re there. Your safety is our priority in these changing times and we’re happy to talk these through in more detail if you wish.

The good news is that nearly all our destinations are now open to visit. Entry requirements and local regulations vary but we can advise you what to expect, as well as help you with specifics like booking PCR tests and providing necessary paperwork.
